What Information Do We Collect?

How Do We Use Your Information?

To process purchases, we may require your name, address, phone number, email address and payment information. We use your payment information to process your transaction, and your address to ship your orders. We may use your email or telephone number to contact you about your account.

We use your name and email to send you emails including newsletters and occasional announcements. You will receive marketing emails from us if you have:

By consenting to David Crow's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages with service-related messages, including updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.) and promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders)] from and on behalf of David Crow via text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with David Crow. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.


How Do You Unsubscribe?

If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving promotional emails, you can opt-out by unsubscribing at the bottom of any email we send to you.  You may opt-out of SMS at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to (877) 360-4320. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you.


How Do We Update and Retain Data?

We do our best to keep your data accurate and current. If your data changes, please notify us of those changes. Upon request, we will provide you with information about whether we hold, or process on behalf of a third party, any of your Personal Information. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as long as needed to provide you with our services. We may also retain and use your information in order to comply with our legal, accounting, and reporting obligations.


How You Can Access Your Stored Personal Information

Individuals may request to access, correct, amend or delete information we hold about them by emailing [email protected]. Unless it is prohibited by law, we will remove any Personal Information about an individual from our servers at your or their request. For users in the EU, we will comply with timelines dictated by the governing authority (currently within 30 days of the request).

There is no charge for an individual to access or update their Personal Information. David Crow may charge a fee (based on reasonable costs) for any data and/or data deletion where requests are manifestly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive. David Crow will provide customers with further details of any applicable fee, and the basis of its calculation, in advance of any such data deletion.


Disclosure of Your Information to Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
