What is the Microplastics Workshop?

Protect & Detox From Microplastics: Herbal and Nutraceutical Strategies is a LIVE 6-hour in-depth presentation on the emerging scientific evidence of how microplastic pollution in the environment and food chain is bioaccumulating in the human body, and its known and suspected effects on health.

In this first class we will start with a brief introduction to the health problems caused by microplastics in the body, including:

The second part of the class we will begin focusing on practical detoxification strategies for multiple organ systems, from both up to date scientific research as well as traditional herbology such as Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine. This will continue into class 2.

This second class goes more deeply into practical detoxification strategies for multiple organ systems, from both up to date scientific research as well as traditional herbology such as Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine.

We will cover:
