You can join a live online event via streaming (Zoom) through a desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. You can also dial in to join the audio by phone. Recordings post-event can be accessed in your Library via computer or mobile device.

• Locate the circle at the far right corner of the main menu.
• Click the circle for a drop-down menu
• Click on My Library
• If you are not logged in, please enter the email address you used to purchase your item and the password you set up, either at the time of purchase or in the email Kajabi sent you.

If you have made purchases on our website using different email addresses, you will have multiple Libraries.  Since our system uses email addresses to recognize customers and track their purchases, you will need to log in with the email address you used for the purchased item(s) you wish to view.

If you need two accounts merged, that is possible, but it needs to be done by a team member.  Please contact Wendy at [email protected] with all email addresses you have used to purchase items, as well as the one you would like to use as your Login.

If you are changing email addresses, it’s best to change your email address in your Account Settings, rather than add a separate email address for a future purchase.

Yes!  To receive the replays, you must register for our live events.  Everyone who registers gets a link to view the replay a few days after the event.  This allows us time to edit and upload the content.

The first step if you are experiencing issues with Zoom is to close the program entirely on your computer and then try again.  This often resolves problems.  

If closing the program doesn’t work, check to make sure that you don’t have other programs running on your computer.  Zoom uses a significant amount of memory, and sometimes programs like Messages and Slack, etc., can cause issues when used in conjunction with Zoom.

You may also want to try restarting your computer.  You can email Wendy at [email protected] if you believe the link you have is incorrect. However, please note that she may not be able to assist you immediately if you are experiencing issues, as she may be helping to host the live event.

We also put the recordings up on our Events page.  Please note that events may take some time to post to the page, and some events may not be posted at our discretion. Therefore, it’s always best to register for an event if you want to be guaranteed a replay.

We try to be highly mindful of the number of emails we send each week.  We don’t like to have a flooded inbox either!  We generally send 1-2 emails a week, but occasionally you may receive a slightly higher volume when we have a lot of exciting news to share with you.  Sometimes, you may go a few weeks without hearing from us if we don’t have anything new to share.  We only send emails if we think you’ll be excited about what we have to say.

Unfortunately, we don’t have an email delivery system that easily allows us to send a weekly digest.  We strive to keep our email presence minimal, ensuring you’re always pleased to see us in your inbox.

Both your email address and your password can be changed in your Account Settings.  Just scroll down to the right section, make your changes, and be sure to scroll back to the top of the page and hit SAVE!  Go ahead, add a picture to your profile while you are there, too.

The Listening to the Heart Sangha is a live meditation group that can be purchased on a monthly or yearly subscription.  

The Sangha is invite-only and is offered to everyone who has taken one of David’s meditation courses.  Only those who have taken the meditation courses are invited, as the twice-monthly live classes build on the skills learned in those courses.

You can always find the link to the page with all past live Sangha classes at the top of the Sangha Chat message board.  The link is in the first pinned message.

To update your credit card or cancel your membership, please visit Billing Settings in your account.  There, you will see your saved credit cards and your active subscription.

Click on the three dots to the right of the card you want to update to edit it.  Click on the three dots to the right of the subscription for the option to update which credit card you are using to pay for your subscription, or to cancel.  When you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to the membership site and the archived classes on the date of your next billing cycle and will not be billed again.  You must cancel before the next billing cycle, as refunds are not provided for partially completed billing cycles.
