Recently, I sat down with Daisy Lee of Radiant Lotus Qigong for a wonderful conversation about the relationship of the chakras to Daoism and Qigong.
We spoke about the following topics:
- The similarities and differences between the Daosim, Qigong, and the Chakras and why practicing them can lead to physical and spiritual well-being.
- The Dan Tiens and the Chakras
- The relevance of the throat chakra (especially for women), the number of chakras, and the ultimate purpose of practicing Qigong and/or the Chakras System.
- The highest purpose of the Chakras, Neigong, and Qigong and how to merge into the Dao.
- How the Chakra system and Daoism are both representations of Biological Unity, which connects us to the Earth.
